To question on budgetary financing activity of high school: the modern approach

Research the problems of financing objects of the higher school has shown that basic of them is deficiency the budgetary funds allocated with the state. At the present stage there is a leaving from "budget" financing and coordination of volume financing of high school to results of its work. In given article the author offers to study a problem of financing the higher school from the point of view indicators its efficiency in a cut of the enterprise initiative shown by high school.
